6-month commitment to work through multiple aspects of your worklife to be more present, act with courage as you make changes, and move towards a sustainable future of more joy, more excitement, more peace with the support of a coach who has done this too! Improving overall wellbeing is key to creating that better day at work. In addition to individual coaching sessions, I offer opportunities for you to improve your wellbeing outside of work. I offer guided Wayfinding Days to small groups in-person at locations throughout Southern California. These are on hold while I am recovering from a stubborn stress fracture!

WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?
The free consultation doesn't need any preparation. However, many find it helpful to think about the types of topics, overarching goal/s they wish to achieve, or parts of their lives they wish to explore through coaching. If you are interested in creating a personal ritual or pilgrimage, please let me know that as well. Also, if you are unfamiliar with coaching, bring your questions so you can be clear on what to expect before you start.
HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?

Once we meet to discuss the scope of coaching for you, you will receive initial digital paperwork and a link to my calendar scheduler to set up your coaching sessions. While I have additional background in theology, spirituality, and mindfulness, I work with people from a wide variety of religions, traditions, and secular worldviews. Since coaching is client-focused, you decide if you want to bring a particular religious practice into the conversation.
I HAVE FINANCIAL CONSTRAINTS. DO YOU OFFER REDUCED-FEE COACHING SESSIONS?
I recognize that coaching is often a financial privilege (some even consider it a luxury item...) so I work with clients on income-based fees in some instances. Payment plans are also available for larger packages. Please inquire directly about your particular situation.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WITH COACHING SESSIONS?
Coaching is client-centered and the questions posed by a coach are to help guide the client towards topics of their own choosing. Sometimes during a session what was the initial client aim will change. The client may always choose to explore the new area or return to the previous one, and in some cases have additional sessions around the new ideas that arise. Transformation can occur in a single session. Sometimes a client will find that they wish to have a number of sessions around the same topic. Coaches partner with clients during sessions to achieve desired outcomes for that conversation, a particular goal or a sense of clarity or understanding, or a larger overall plan.
A note about accountability: The focus on a particular outcome is at the control of the client. You will need to do the work during the session and beyond. You will need to use your resources to get the accountability you need to attain your goals. And...you will feel all the accomplishment when you do! Go for it!
